Ordering through the app was easy. Wish there were more pictures for the items. However, the amount of time that it takes for them to bring the food is horrible. It took and hour and 45 minutes for them to bring me food from five minutes away. The delivery man even got lost and went across town before calling me. Not worth the price for the cold food.

I wouldnt recommend this app to anyone living outside city limits. This is such crap. They only deliver within city limits of that city. I live like 15 min outside my town next to the interstate, and they said they wouldnt deliver after I had made my purchase. I had to wait 2 weeks to get my refund back on my card. Dont use Waitr unless you are within location. If not, expect a rip off.

This app is amazing, cheap delivery fee and I can order from almost anywhere! I live outside of the city and after work I dont feel like driving back through traffic after getting comfortable at home. Thank you Waitr for being my personal waiter!

I love to surprise my mother with lunch at her office every once and a while. Waitr allows me to be able to do this even after moving to a different state! Thanks for being awesome, Waitr!

Use this app everyday!! So many choices for restaurants and the service is phenomenal. The food delivery is quick and the service is outstanding. If you dont use this app you are missing out on great food and great service. Oh and the company is local so thats a great bonus.

I have used the WaitrApp quite a few times and I have to say how wonderful it is. Its super convenient and every time I have ordered, the customer service has been outstanding! I definitely recommend this app to anyone who has not yet tried it!

The future order is great! Now I can plan my lunch in the morning and have my food delivered to me when I need it! The pictures make the whole process easier! See what I want before I order. This app was so easy to operate. Really convenient if you cant leave your house or job for lunch/dinner. The staff kept us updated every step of the way! Love this app.

Waitr is a great app and a great company! There are many local restaurants that you can choose from and they are always adding new restaurants! The drivers are amazing and always nice and well mannered! Will always use this app!

I use the Waitr app every day for lunch since I cant leave the office. Its really convenient and I just love it! The group order option is awesome!!!! Dont know what Id do without this app!

Waitr launched in BMT recently. Ive used it about 10 times already. The app works perfectly. Its easy to operate. The fee is only $5. So far 30 local restaurants have signed up. Im so happy to tell everyone about Waitr!

Initially we didnt think our family would use the app. But we have found it is been great to get food when we are on the go. When were leaving an event we just choose a restaurant, everyone in the family orders and we stop by and pick it up. Or we just order and get the food gets home right as we do. Its extremely easy to use and the food has been great !

I used to live a town that had Waitr and I loved how it easy it was to make group orders. Whenever I was in a group we would all pay with our own accounts under one name. Now I live somewhere expecting Waitr soon and I cant wait!! No more wasting time driving from work to grab lunch. I definitely recommend them!

I eat at restaurants at least four times a week, so Im pretty much a foodie. And I love using foodie apps. Waitr is in the best in breed foodie apps out there. The ordering system is super detailed and substitutions are so easy. I love that you can write custom notes. I was on a trip and used it in three cities in the south. Its killer! Discovered some great places and tasty baklava I wouldnt have otherwise done. Cant wait till its in California!

My wife and I order a few times a week and havent had any issues yet. We also live outside of Lafayette and only have a couple of restaurants that deliver to the house and havent had any issues. A nice life hack we use at times is having an order delivered to work before heading home. My only request is to find a way to let more Lafayette restaurants deliver outside of Lafayette. Please, I want to give you even more money!!!
